Last updated: July 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using NSI Safety. By accessing or using our platform you agree to be bound by these terms.

NSI Safety is operated by National Safety Intelligence Limited ("NSI Safety", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Ghana. Our platform provides real-time vehicle monitoring, emergency response coordination and passenger safety services for commercial and private transport operators.
Our registered address is in Ghana. You may contact us at prince@nsisafety.com or through our website at nsisafety.com.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NSI Safety platform — including our web application, mobile application, website and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms you must not use our platform. If you are using NSI Safety on behalf of a transport company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

5. Your Responsibilities
As a user of NSI Safety you agree to:
- Use the platform honestly and only for its intended purpose of road safety monitoring
- Not submit false or misleading emergency reports
- Not attempt to manipulate, hack or interfere with the platform or its data
- Not share your access credentials with unauthorised persons

- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations regardless of what the platform shows
- Ensure that any emergency contact numbers you provide belong to persons who have consented to receive notifications
- Keep your device charged and connected during active trips for monitoring to function correctly
6. Emergency Response — Important Limitations
NSI Safety is a monitoring and coordination tool. It does not replace official emergency services and does not guarantee response times.
You acknowledge and understand that:
- NSI Safety coordinates emergency response by contacting Ghana National Ambulance Service, hospitals and other services on your behalf but cannot guarantee their availability or response time
- Emergency response depends on network connectivity, GPS signal strength and the availability of local emergency services
- NSI Safety does not provide medical advice or medical services
- In any emergency you should also call 193 (Ghana Ambulance Service) or 191 (Ghana Police) directly and not rely solely on NSI Safety
- NSI Safety's emergency fund — where applicable — is subject to its own terms and availability and does not constitute insurance
7. GPS and Location Data
NSI Safety requires access to your device's GPS to function. By starting a trip you consent to your location being tracked and shared with the NSI Safety command centre and authorised fleet operators for the duration of that trip.
Location tracking stops automatically when you end your trip. You can also end tracking at any time by ending the trip in the app. For full details on how we handle location data please see our Privacy Policy.
8. Accuracy of Speed Data
NSI Safety uses GPS-based speed calculation. Speed readings are provided for monitoring and safety awareness purposes. GPS speed data may vary slightly from your vehicle's speedometer due to satellite signal variations, device accuracy and environmental factors. NSI Safety speed data should not be used as the sole basis for legal or enforcement purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, design, code and materials on the NSI Safety platform are the exclusive property of National Safety Intelligence Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our express written permission.
10. Prohibited Uses
You must not use NSI Safety to:
- Submit false emergency alerts — this may constitute a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination
- Collect or harvest data about other users without their consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
- Transmit malware, viruses or any harmful code
- Impersonate any person or organisation
- Use automated tools to access or scrape our platform
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, National Safety Intelligence Limited shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of NSI Safety
- Any failure of emergency services to respond to alerts coordinated through our platform
- Any inaccuracy in GPS speed or location data
- Any loss of data resulting from technical failures or network outages
- Any harm resulting from your reliance on NSI Safety as your sole emergency response mechanism
NSI Safety is provided as a safety enhancement tool. It does not replace personal responsibility, safe driving practices or direct contact with emergency services.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
NSI Safety is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any data provided through the platform.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NSI Safety at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or if your use poses a risk to the safety, integrity or reputation of our platform or its users.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of NSI Safety after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NSI Safety shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. Nothing in this clause prevents NSI Safety from seeking relief in any other jurisdiction where necessary.
